Kindly note that the below shipping guide is only for reference purposes. The actual shipping period may vary depending upon holidays, customs, and circumstantial factors. Shipping Times
The shipping period mentioned in the below guide does not include the order processing time. The order processing time usually takes about 2-7 business days except for the presale products. The shipping period is only for business days excluding the holidays or non-working days. Shipping times will depend on the shipping methods.
We have 2 different shipping methods are offered: registered airmail and DHL, the respective shipping time will be:
1) The Registered Airmail can reach the majority of countries, while the shipping time will take longer, it will take about 10 - 30 working days to arrive after shipment.
2) DHL will take 3-8 Business Days to deliver the products. As we all know that DHL is always faster than airmail, but it is also expensive. If you choose DHL, that means that you accept to clear the customs if it is stuck there.
Note: The shipping times are a general guide and do not apply to some remote areas.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.There are some other factors impacting delivery time, such as weather and local policy, the estimated delivery time is only for reference.

We can ship to most countries in the world. Countries not shipped to include: Egypt.
What does the shipping cost
You can choose the shipping method when place an order, Two shipping methods are provided for you to choose: Standard-Registered Airmail & Expedited-DHL.

When I will receive a tracking number
Absolutely, we will provide you the tracking number for every order from KOSPET Offical Store. The Tracking Number will be given once your order is shipped.
Who will take charge of the possible Customs Fees&Tax?
Taxes may apply for imported goods and are usually regulated by the country's law. KOSPET Official will not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
For EU Taxes : From 1 July 2021, KOSPET generally will need to collect VAT on sales of goods delivered to EUconsumers, including circumstances where goods are delivered from outside of the EU with order value of up to EUR 150, or where goods are shipped from within EU where the seller is established outside the EU.
About custom duty, we can't guarantee it's free.
The buyer is held responsible for paying the customs duty. It's a rule in any country. It is charged by your government and used for improving people's living and public facilities. Sincerely hope you understand!
If the package cannot be delivered or returned normally because the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance/payment of customs duties, Refund won't be processed if the buyer don't complete customs. buyers can neither receive the product nor refund finally.
