Warranty Terms

KOSPET warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. Under normal use and service, every hardware portion of the products will be free from physical defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period, or the product will be repaired or replaced as determined solely by KOSPET.

30-Days Return Unconditional

  • For orders only from the official KOSPET store
  • Return MUST be within 30 days of delivery
  • Kospet WILL NOT cover the shipping fee
  • Items MUST be returned in their original packaging and in the condition of unused and unopened.

30-Days Free Replacement For Quality Issue

  • For orders only from the official KOSPET store
  • Return must be within 30 days of delivery
  • KOSPET WILL cover the shipping fee
  • Items MUST be well-packaged to avoid damage during shipment

Notes: Physical damage and misuse of the item(s) WILL NOT be eligible for 30-Days Free Replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to: misuse, water damage, disassembly, and other damage that may be discovered by the Kospet service center.

2-Years Free Repair Service

  • For orders from Kospet Online Store and Authorized Dealers
  • KOSPET WILL cover the shipping fee and repair fee
  • For quality issues (Artificial damage not included) within 2 years of receiving it

Notes: Physical damage and misuse of the item(s) WILL NOT be eligible for free repair. However, customers can request a paid service from Kospet. Return shipping fees and repair fee will be the customer's responsibility in such cases.

Exceptions/Exclusions

KOSPET warranty does not cover:

  • Product exceeds the warranty period
  • Failure due to misuse, abuse, modification, accident or collision
  • Improper storage, improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Product without clear anti-counterfeit mark and/or date tag
  • Broke, water damaged, moisture products
  • Disassembled products
  • Flash the firmware or root the device
  • Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage

Notes: The product's warranty is immediately rendered void if the customer has damaged/misused the item(s). No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.

For faults that are not covered by the warranty, users can obtain a "replacement new" through KOSPET WORRY FREE+.
WORRY FREE + is an after-sales service program from KOSPET that provides an efficient and multi-faceted protection solution.
All-around protection covers accidental water ingress and drops impact situations caused by various reasons. The damaged product can be replaced with a new one for a small replacement fee.

Warranty Process (Return/Repair/and Refund)

  1. Submit your request for Return/Repair/Refund from in the Return Center
  2. Send email to Customer Center provide with information stated below
  3. Request approved by the Customer Center
  4. Customer send the items to the designate shipping carrier
  5. Send the tracking number to customer center
  6. Customer Center check the items when it arrives and send the results alone with the solution [Return/Repair/Refund] back to customers
  7. Send back the repairs/replacements back to the customer if any
  8. Warranty services completed

Please carefully follow our warranty process and provide the details below with us  to minimize any delays:

  • Basic information: Order Number, Order Platform, Model Number/Name.
  • Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How?
  • Tell us what you have tried to resolve the issue.
  • Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s).

Notes: Photos/videos should be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to diagnose and verify the issue(s). We will always do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above.

Product registration is not required as a condition to this Warranty coverage. This Warranty warrants our Products against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one (2) year from the date of retail purchase by the original consumer, who buys a new, covered Product from KOSPET's online store or an authorized dealer. This Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser.
